Welcome to the BSR ePROMs website

Living with rheumatic disease can affect people in many ways. By asking your patients questions about their health and wellbeing, you can better understand how they are coping.

This website has been developed by British Society for Rheumatology (BSR) to facilitate the collection of patient reported measures over the internet. To enrol a patient in the system complete the required fields within the registration tab. Your patient will then be invited by email to complete the questionnaires you have selected for them.

The legal basis for collecting this information is consent. Patients are asked to consent when they first log in to the system. The full privacy notice is available in the tab below.

When you enrol a patient you will be asked to select which questionnaires you would like them to receive, as well as the frequency you would like them to receive reminders to enter data. Patients can enter information whenever they choose, but are explicitly provided with information that their results will not be reviewed until their appointment.

You can review individual patient results by searching for them in clinical data within the data management tab. You may also download all the data for your site to support audit and service evaluation.

The national dataset can be accessed for research purposes in a fully anonymised format. Applications for research must be submitted to the BSR at eproms@rheumatology.org.uk and are subject to peer review. Further information can be found in the FAQs.
